they want to know what makes this job stand out, and how the company would benefit from you.

This would be where you added any additional reasons for wanting the job. Say, for instance, you're applying for a clerical position in a library. Maybe you initially wanted to work there because you like libraries, books. You would use this space to answer any other reason you'd like to work there. Maybe to give yourself experience to eventually become a librarian, maybe because you enjoy helping people learn. See?

it would have helped if you had said what kind of job..... but here is what i would have said... " I have been looking for a job like this to help me learn what i can do for the company and what it can do for me ( in terms of knowledge) This seems like a good place to learn and grow.

why do you want this job? how will it meet your needs for fulfillment, contribution, etc.
