Do you agree with the statement that the key problems that our society needs to address are world-wide poverty, terrorism, and climate change?
It is often said that there are three problems that affect all people. In other words, that make people anxious, worried, and concerned about life. One is the issue of world-wide poverty, the other is security (terrorism), and the third issue is climate change. I am more focused on the third one,, climate changes!
Is there any difference between global warming and greenhouse effect??

The greenhouse effect is the natural process by which the atmosphere traps some of the Sun's energy, warming the Earth enough to support life

Global warming is caused by the greenhouse effect.
There's one thing that is causing two of three things on you list, overpopulation, and that should be at the forefront of everyone's thinking because the numbers they're predicting in the next 50-75 years are going to make everything come in a distant second. Large areas of this planet are being overrun with humanity and the environmental destruction and deforestation that goes with that.
There's only so much this planet and it's ecosystem can tolerate and absorb, and we're already!!! bumping up against that, then you dump another 3
billion people on it and all I can say is god help our children because nobody else will be able to.

I think all three problems are caused by overpopulation. In the poorest countries family have as many children as possible so some will survive to take care of them in their old age(like their 40's in many places). With so many mouths they are always poor. More people more consumption of everything more CO2, more warming. I think the terrorism is also due to excess population of unemployed who have no prospects for the future and are easily convinced to die for a cause.(i cannot explain the doctors in England).

Come up with an"acceptable" way to fight overpopulation, you have begun to solve the others. Good luck with those whose religion believe population control is not the providence of man.

No. We should be solving these problems at home, before exporting them outside of the country.

For too long we have been spending large amounts of money on foreign societies to their detriment.

Fix all three at the same time by lowering your consumption. It is that simple.

More Americans die by bath tub than by terrorists, they got you good and proper.
