job 31 had a basic idea of 10 commandments and jesus' idea of 'no lustful look at woman'. shouldn't job be the first book of the bible instead of genesis?

In Biblical scholarship the answer is yes.
Job was one of those books that is considered very ancient. It shows signs of that.
Genesis is also made up of 11 clay tablets which are joined together by the catch phase "generations of."
It is thought that Abraham was a priest in Ur and brought tablets with him from Sumeria which is the cradle of civilization.
Mose merely compiled some of these early sections into what we have today.

The events in Job actually DO take place halfway through Genesis. You can get yourself a chronological Bible. I commend you for noticing.
