Just broken up with a man that I really loved. Not really by choice but it had to be done. Would it be really mean to send him pictures, cards and emails between us for him to get rid of along with a note telling him it is just too painful to look at the stuff any longer?

You need to just dispose of it yourself, just put it in a container and store it somewhere away from sight for now, someday you might look back and really regret throwing it all out.

actually, yes. get rid of it yourself. if it's yours, don't send it off to him to get rid of, that's just rubbing it in his face. dump it yourself. unless you think he might want them, but it's probably too painful for him to look at as well. don't make him, just spare him, and get rid of it, and move on.

send him stuff? picutres of you two? dont. just burn them, or throw them away. the best way to get over it is to take that person out of your life. or kill yourself. whichever you find more convienient
