When you click the right side of the mouse, make sure you are over an empty area of the desktop. So, close or minimize your browser so that you are over the desktop. Then, use the right click. You should click something that says Properties, and then you'll be able to go to the Display tab.
You can also get to this by going to Start -> Control Panel -> Display.

What do you mean by a full computer screen? What doesn't look right to you? There are different things you can do that may solve your problem, but I don't know what your problem is.
Try one of these:
- Hit F11 (or in your browser window, go to View > Full Screen).
- Visit your computer's Control Panel > Display > Settings (and change the screen resolution to a bigger number)

Try going to the very top of your screen on the right hand side. There should be a little box that you can click on to make a full screen. Good luck!

I think your mistake might be in right-clicking on a web-page (or any other program's screen) - what you need to right-click on is the 'desktop' screen, the view you first get when Windows starts, and that you can get back to at any time by 'minimising' every program you are running.
Hope this helps move you forward a bit.

On my computer it is really more simple. Just click on view and drag down to bottom where it says "Full Screen", or just hit F-11

If you are trying to view your web browser in full screen just pust F11, if that's not what you want to do then I don't understand what you're talking about.

Well that is because you clicked on this webpage! You cannot click on a window.
You have to click on your desktop (the space with nothing but your backround and icons on it.)
