The real keys for burning fat and staying healthy and thin are the following:
**NEVER starve yourself, do not do fasting, and do not forget breakfast (eat breakfast within 30 minutes of waking-up)
**Eat more and more often.. about 5-6 meals per day, about every 2-4 hours, healthy and rasonable size meals, intead of huge and messy meals... This will help you increase your metabolism, which in turn will help you burn more fat in less time...
**Cardio burns fat and any other exercise will only help you get stronger...
Now.. here is a quick list of ultimate foods you should be sticking to... If you eat from this food only, you can be 100% sure you will burn fat, even if you don't exercise...
1) Almonds and Other Nuts
2) Beans and Other Legumes
3) Spinach and Other Green Vegetables
4) Dairy Products (the non-fat ones ONLY!!)
5) Instant Oatmeal (without sugar and flavor!!)
6) Eggs (in moderation unless you exercise a lot!)
7) Turkey and Other Lean Meats (only lean meats... forget the pork and duck)
8) Peanut Butter (sugar free)
9) Olive Oil (moderation)
10) Whole-Grain Breads and Cereals (moderation, limit to 2 serving per day... MUST be WHOLE-WHEAT)
11) Extra-Protein (Whey) Powder
12) Raspberries and Other Berries
**Have green vegetables in every meal!
**Have proteing in every meal, which will help you burn fat but not lose muscle...
**More muscle means higher metabolism... then try some strengh routines about 3 days per week resting one day in between workouts...
Here is the ultimate cardio routine, that will help you burn 3 times as much fat as regular running:
Easy Jog for two minutes... then do some stretching (THIS IS HIGHLY IMPORTANT!).. and after stretching do the following:
You run at your 50% effort for 1 minute, then rest by easy jogging for 1 minute... now run at your 75% for 1 minute and then rest 1 minute... finally run at your 100% effort for 30 seconds and then rest for 90 seconds.... and repeat the last one 3-6 times...
All the workout will take you about 12-18 minutes
Do this workout 3 days the first week with a day of rest between workouts.. and then 6 times per week thereafter resting one day...
You can do this cardio workout with any other cardio exercise such as cycling, swimming, stairs, etc...
Remember to stay active even on your resting days, by avoiding TV, the couch, elevator... and intead walking, going up the stairs, and etc...
Hope that helps!

Eat more protein, less carbohydrates and jump on a trampoline or walk for 20 minutes a day. Carbs to avoid are things like chips, excessive amounts of bread or bread products and sugars. NOT the carbs found naturally in whole foods. Atkin was an idiot. Stop drinking anything with added sugar in it as well, like soft drinks, energy drinks, cafe lates, Sobe, Arizona Tea, some orange juices, fruit punches, etc. Stick to water, not from concentrate juices, and skim or 1% milk. Vitamin Water is pretty good too, and it has less sugar than most things you buy at a convenience store. Diet pills are not a healthy way to lose weight, so I'm glad to hear you don't want to take them. Neither is Slim Fast. A proper diet and exercise will always be the cornerstone of any weight loss strategy. Do this for 6 weeks and ask friends and family to help you do it by not buying junk food or insisting on eating at places that don't have healthy menu options. 6 weeks is the minimum amount of time because you're body reacts slowly to subtle changes. After 6 weeks things will speed up as you become leaner and burn calories quicker. Avoid drastic changes (like not eating at all) because the damage you do to your organs is irreversable, and as soon as you stop you gain all that weight back plus some - your body's natural reaction to deprivation. Good luck and stick with it.

Walking does not work but powerwalking does. There are more diets than ever and more people dieting than ever and yet we have the fattest society ever. So a lot of these ideas about losing weight, make you fatter. Cutting calories, carbs and fats can cause you to have a weight problem for life. It is better to eat differently.
See site below and learn why lean meat and non-fat yogurt are so fattening. Also salt has no calories but makes you fat. It also has the quickest weight loss possible. Eat good carbs not bad carbs. Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Eat foods made by nature and avoid foods made by man which are designed to make you fat and very addicted to food. Do the ninja warrior diet (not a diet but a diet lifestyle).

Well, I walk 30 minutes every day. I haven't changed my eating habits at all and since mid July, I've lost 19 pounds. No diet pills, no diet shakes, no diet anything. I split up my walking (15 minutes in the AM and 15 minutes in the PM) so that could be why I'm getting results. Keep up with the exercise and try to change your diet gradually.

eat a well balanced diet with proper portions, drink plenty of water, and exercise at least 30 minutes every day. I lost a lot in my hips and thighs by riding my bike. mostly I walk for 45 minutes in the morning.
