im going to start making payments now that i can but they say they want it in fool .im still gonna make my payments but just wanted some advice i didnt really write a check it was agreed that i would pay certain amounts at certain times from my checking account but the reason i ask is because im getting some threats that got me kinda worried the name of the place id LEGAL MEDIATIONS SERVICES has anyone had experience with them or can shed some light to my issue thanks alot :)

there is no debtors prison so you cant go to jail for owing money. They can sue you but not have you arrested. Some of these collection agencies pose as legal firms etc and use all sorts of questionable or illegal tactics to collect debts. If you have any questions call your state's attorney general's office for help.

Get any credit card loan to pay these bloodsuckers off. You are paying according to some sources over 592% annualized interest on these "low cost loans."

How much did you borrow? As long as you make payments you won't go to jail. Why don't you do consumer credit counselling, that way you are really protecting youself from lawsuits or jail.
