I love when people ask this :)
Well hopefully you have a dvd burner on your computer because if you don't i cant help you out
There are many dvd programs but my favorite is nero. You can get a free trial here:
www.nero.com/enu/
downloads-nero7-trial.php
(both lines.. i didn't want the url to cut off)
if you like it, buy it =]
If the dvd your trying to copy has css copy protection on it, (i'd like to point out i am NOT encouraging pirating) you will also need to download a trial of anydvd (www.slysoft.com/en/
download.html) (again both lines) which removes the protection for use with any program.
Now that we have that out of the way you should obviously put your disk into your computers dvd drive and open nero. I only have nero 6 and you'd have downloaded nero 7 or 8 so i don't know how its set up. You just have to search for where it says copy or back-up. When the settings screen for the burning process comes up, you can do one of two things. If you have a seperate dvd drive from your dvd burner, burn from the dvd drive to the burner. If not burn from the burner to the burner (yes i know it doesnt make sense but it works). Now start the burn. If you told it to burn from dvd drive to burner, you can just leave it and wait for it to finish. If you said for it to burn from burner to burner, it will take the information off the dvd and then pop it out when its done so you can put it the empty disk to be burned. After the burning process is done, take the disk and enjoy!

Good luck,
Kyle

You should be able to burn the DVD with WinDVD. I've never used it, but if you consult the program help, it should tell you how.

Download DVD Fab and DVD Shrink from www.download.com. Put in the disc you want to burn and run DVD Fab. When it is finished take out that disc and put in a blank DVD. Run DVD Shrink. Also try downloading Nero.
