Crisps are bad for you,but in the UK salt & shake crisps at least lets you have a choice of dispensing the amount of salt
of your own choice, via a sachet. They also dont have the additives many flavoured crisps have. But on the whole, stay away from them if you can.

crisps are greasy and salty and are not good at all. I don't know about where you are, but in the USA we have baked Lay's that are a bit better. also there are Flat Earth chips that have vegetables in them and are delicious. popcorn would be the best thing to eat if you want something crunchy.

Walkers have some new crisps out - Sunbites, they contain a third of your daily fibre and only have 116 calories - i am particularly fond of the roasted onion and rosemary flavour!!

In my opinion crisps will never be healthy, however, you can eat them time to time. Always remember that you should take everything in moderation - not only food.
I am sorry for any mistakes - I am from Poland:P

Not in the slightest. But they're yummy :) If you want healthier ones try like parsnip chips or whatever, I think they're made by Tyrell's? And baked are better than fried.. You can get all sorts of low fat ones so yeah, try some and you'll find some nice tasting healthy(ish) ones soon enough!
