Plan to implement IT system for corporation's financial planning. Looks like CPA could be a good value add.

Although every state have different requirements, but chances are you do not meet the prerequisites for CPA exam.

With MBA, you probably satisfy academic/education requirement. If your experience thus far is in IT, you do not yet satisfy the professional experience requirement.
