No matter how you put it, if you tell someone you're better than them, it's going to come out sounding mean or disrespectful or arrogant or just plain dumb.

You are not better than anyone. Telling anyone that is mean and disrespectful. You should not judge others. You sound very shallow. No you are not better than the person begging for change. Do not believe that all people choose their circumstance.

What can you do that makes you better than them? Ask yourself that. Once you've figured it out, you can highlight it during a conversation. However, it is considered disrespectful to just say "I'm better than you". unless that other person is a sibling in which case, you've probably teased each other all along. If that's the case go for it!

Ask yourself why you need to tell them you're better than them? What do you expect to gain from that? If you know you're better, you should be confident in that knowledge and not feel the need to put others down. There is no real nice way of telling someone that without hurting or offending them. If they're honest, they will know you're better by themselves (assuming that you are)

There is no way to tell someone you are better than they are without being disrespectful, rude, and mean.
But then, if you were civilized you wouldn't want to run around telling people you are better than they. Even if they really were not as good as you, there's no reason for you to mention it.

Don't tel lthem at all. Just keep succeeding in what you are doing. There is really no REAL way of being respectful while saying you'r better. So it's best to just show it. Your actions speak louder than your words.

If you feel you are better than someone, so be it. You're not accountable to them to know about it. You don't have to 'report' to them that you are. Keep your integrity and keep your tongue. If it bothers you that much to start with, it means your thoughts are not independent. Do your thing and leave it at that. You don't owe them any explanation about being who you are.

Telling them you think you are better than they are will only make you look like you AREN'T. Be the bigger person and just let them continue to live in ignorance.
