you know cause it talks about committing virtually every sin known to man(killing, stealing, fornication, cheating, etc)

not that its the only genre that does this, but the one that pretty much does it the most or about the most sins

Once you understand how satan attacks our minds...if you are a Christian who is serious about getting away from sin..then listening to rap music vexes your spirit. I used to be all into it but now...I hear it with 'reborn' ears and I cant stand it. I almost want to throw a brick at the tv when I see the videos. Yes..it promotes sin and degradation and idolatry and love of money and lust. I would argue though, that rap music has evolved to this level of degradation. There was a time when girls on those videos were completely clothed and rap was about dancing...not bling. About dj ability and not drugs. That said, I think that BET should be taken off the air. It has absolutely no redeeming value whatsoever...and its not 'black people' deciding what gets played anyway. So the perception that 'it promotes sin most' is the exact thing the owners are trying to sell you and successfully sell teens across America.

Jay-z, Kanye West

they're all Freemasons, simply because they influence millions of black people more than any politician could, so the freemasons influence Jay-z to influence the millions, why do you think he keeps making that pyramid sign with his hands and holds it above his left eye, imitating the eye of Horus just like on the back of your dollar bill

so while him and some of the other not so well dressed thugs, tell black people to get rich or die trying.....

you wonder why so many black people do actually try to get rich or die trying?

now if he made a rap about passing your SAT's, i bet you the national average for black SAT results would go up

thats all he has to do, make a song about stuying and doingh well

but the freemasons don't want him to do that, and he has already accepted their money

getting rich is one thing, but it's how you do it, that's what counts

i guess everyone is better off storing for themselves Treasures in Heaven, just like the bible says

I just don't like most rap because of the music itself. Some of it's cool, though.

I'm a rock girl. :-)

Lyrics aside, I think 'rap music' is an oxymoron.
