Editability : Save in the programs NATIVE format. Like word is a .DoC

For easy viewing by others, email them it as a PDF

I agree with the previous post. For future edits, save your file in the format that your program defaults to. For distributing (sharing only no modifications), then save in PDF format. If you do not have the option of saving to PDF then use PrimoPDF to print to PDF. It is freeware. No ADs. No spyware. Easy to use. No additional page to advertise PrimoPDF. Prints only what you want.

I think save as PDF or PDQ, there is a flowchat programe software files save as PDQ, I am using it and it quite good.
