Yes, MAYBE, but not by much. I was more inclined as a child to believe in an afterlife than any god.

No. An afterlife is no more plausible than the concept of God. Both have an infinitely small but not 0% chance of existing.

Yes. Far more likely.
Many people link the two together for some reason. The claim that consciousness can extend beyond death has some limited support. NDEs are pretty good evidence.
I'm not really sure of any NDE people saying they spoke with any gods although they have reported speaking to other people.
But I'm just arguing the differences between very unlikely and impossible here. I don't think there is any consciousness after death.

An afterlife is a possibility but there is no evidence to support the theory beyond simple wishful thinking.

Absolutely most likely and most certainly not the Bible God... but a far more intelligent entity far beyond our grasp to know it at this moment. Sadly, most of the people in the world made up their mind on a primitive Heathen idea of a blood thirsty Bible God.

No, equally unlikely. If you are alive after you're "dead" then you were never really dead. If people "die" and are conscious afterward then in my book they are still alive, just in some other form. That means it's still their regular old life and not an afterlife.

Yes, but not in the sense that the bible explains it. If there is some form of existance after this, it is surely something which we cannot grasp but it certainly isn't some "Jesus Amusement Park in the clouds"....

Yes, actually, but if it happens you won't remember the life that came before, and your consciousness will reawaken in another universe, or centuries later. You can be explained by a very long and ever-changing mathematical equation which can be expressed with a variable. That exact variable can recur.

I'd say God's more likely than the notion of The Nolte ever fully recovering from his alcohol addiction.
