How many of you cross into Mexico?
By January 5th, 2008 all US Citizens
will requiere a US Passport to cross back
into the US. I just want to know how many
of you has not gotten their passport.
You don't have to travel through plane,
they still going to ask for a passport even
if you cross walking or on vehicle.

Your information is not current. Passports will not be required to travel to and from Mexico by land until after summer 2008. Read top half of webpage below for the CURRENT info. It is wise to go ahead and get a passport rather than wait til the last minute, It is also wise to check the state dep't website frequently to watch for future announcements concerning the exact date of implementation of the WHTI ( the law regarding passports.)

I travel to Canada and Mexico frequently. It was not a big deal to get a passport. It is really quite simple. Stop by your local post office to pick up an application.

im going to swim across the Atlantic Ocean to the UK wth passport in hand. that'll save me a bunch of money.
