Eat Healthy; Vegetables, pasta, white meats, water.

I do 45 minutes of cardio 4 or more times a week if i'm trying to lean up. If you workout in the morning, try and do cardio on an empty stomach a couple times per week,(this will shock your body). Also try and eat 5-6 small healthy meals day. Also make working out a lifestyle, eventually start lifting weights to see your body really change.

There is no quick fix, you need to take some time, look at your diet and make some changes, do regular exercise.

Start by walking as briskly for 30-40 minutes 3 days a week, and cutting out chips, crisps, deep-fried food in general, and white bread; and cutting down on cheese, cream, and chocolate; and eating more high-fibre foods like fresh fruit and raw and lightly steamed vegetables. You can use as many herbs and spices as you like to adjust the flavour. Weigh yourself once a week at most.
