Is not this site called Yahoo Answers, not Yahoo Agree with me.
I was wondering if someone asks a question about God they can expect to get as many different vantage points as the stars are numbered. Why then do people take it personally, i mean, how can one accuse another of spreading lies, if anyone wants the truth isnt it their responsibility to seperate the wheat for the tares?

*lol* I like the way you put that.

You're right, there are as many opinions as there are people.

It's an open forum and if you ask a question it's unreasonable to not expect people to disagree with you.

I will say however that the premise behind YA does not work in the area of opinion. And in fact isn't very functional in those areas where there is a factual answer to a question.

It's utter nonsense to have people voting on a 'best answer'. And makes even less sense for the asker to choose a best answer since the notion is you're asking a question because you don't know the answer.

Also the points stars and level top off the absurdity cake that is YA. The only thing any of these do is generate stupid questions and answers from stupid people who believe there is some value in them and see it as nothing more than a competition.

Lastly is the fact that the questions all but disappear from the list sometimes after only seconds. How can making it a race to catch and answer a question as fast as possible lead to good answers?

everyone just thinks he is right and everyone else is wrong, we are all at different levels of a relationship with God and accordingly different levels of understanding.
I feel that the leaders of religions are guides.
An example is of Phillip in Acts 8:30 when he asked the eunuch if he understands what he is reading. In the next verse the eunuch replied that he need a guide. But that is all leaders are, they are guides it is up to us and our relationship with God to know which is right. James 1:5

Some people want to believe they're already right.
When that isnt verified they become disquieted.

TiBarbie (hope I got it correct; my eyes aren't what they used to be) if preachers/priests were like you, more people would attend church services.
