The bible that the Protestant church at large, and the Catholics use is a result of the work of the Catholic church. That is a irrefutable, historical fact. The better question is which cannon of scripture do you believe is correct? There are at least 10 different takes on which books to include as scripture. (More, if you count the various splinter groups) As an Eastern Orthodox Christian, I have a different canon of Scripture and even a different numbering system in the Psalms. I believe that our canon of scripture is correct and complete, and it isn't the same as the Catholic church. Obviously you have a bone to pick on this issue. I suggest you delve into how the various canons of scripture were compiled, what the differences in different traditions are, and focus less on your distaste for the Catholic church.

Boy are you a no brainer.
If you picked up any church history you would soon find that the Roman Catholic church developed its false teaching over a very long period of time. It took in pagan religions to get it into the mess of pagan beliefs of today.
Have you even read the Bible? No.
Try getting some information on the early church from the library. Even a Catholic version will show you something is wrong.
Stop taking your brain off when you go inside the church building to be indoctrinated.

Sin spawns sin. We aren't in the know of someone else's heart, and ALL have a personal relationship with their creator, weather the right relationship or not.
Many non-Roman ancestors have come to the Lord, indeed, in China, the Catholic church is the one growing the quickest. Not much Roman ancestory there...
So, now more hate will come because of this statement / question.

What does Jesus and the Bible have to do with worshipping Saints and Angels? I don't recall that either ever said to worship any but God. They may 'venerate' them, but I don't even believe that is acceptable Catholic doctrine.

You Bible bashing idiot!
The reason there are different religions is because the Protestants wanted a more relaxed way of worshipping God.
Being of both Protestant and Catholic decent, I am able to look at it in a neutral way. There are many pros and cons of both.
God gave us Jesus and the Bible. You moronic bean!

The Roman Catholic Church did not give anyone Jesus.
The bible is a compilation of books from the Old Testament, and letters that were circulated among the first churches, therefore, no, the Roman Catholic Church didn't give us those either.
And please....stop trying to stir up trouble.

Actually Jesus and the Bible gave us the Catholic church not the other way around.
Also, Catholics do not "worship" Mary and the saints. We pray to them and ask them to intercede on our behalf, but we do not worship them. We worship God.

God 'gave' us ALL Christ-how long will it take for some people to understand that? and, for the millionth time, God does NOT have a mother-He created everything and everyone...we are to worship God only...you mean you DON'T have a personal relationship with Him? how sad for you...maybe that explains your irrational anger

Take a gander at God's Word sometime. If only Catholics would dust it off and read it they would find the answers.Study history as well.Anytime Catholics vent on Christians they never have facts to support their claims. The pagan practices of RC can easily be proven with Scripture and history.

Your question should be, "Will Protestants and Latins admit that the Orthodox Church gave them Jesus and the Bible?"
