You're 17 years old, you can be 17 years and 364 days, you're still not an adult, at least not in the State of California.

Your parents can't really kick you out either, they're your guardians, and you are their responsibility.

I don't know what you are, or were thinking getting pregnant by a 22 year old. In California, that's a felony. Especially in Ventura County, where our DA goes after guys just like him.

Yes, both he, and them can be in trouble by you staying there. They're contributing to the delinquency of a minor under 272(a)(1) PC. He can also be arrested for felony statutory rape, under 261.5(d)

That's a legal question, but I can't imagine anybody would care unless your parents lodged a complaint with the police. If they care anything about you they won't do that, especially since your boyfriend seems to be doing the right thing. Good luck and god bless you and your baby.
(PS: I used to live in Oxnard - I loved it!)

ALREADY ANSWERED THIS QUESTION ANOTHER WAY?

THANK GOD HE IS WILLING TO PROVIDE FOR YOU.

NO -THEY (YOUR PARENTS) KICKED YOU OUT AND YOU HAVE THE CHOICE OF SHELTER YOU DESIRE.

NO- HIS PARENTS NOT HIM ALLOWED YOU TO STAY. THE LAW WOULD LOOK MORE FAVORABLY UPON IT THIS WAY.

NO- PARENTS TOLD HIS PARENTS AND YOU YOU WERE HISTORY--HOPEFULLY THEY WILL WAKE UP AND REALIZE THEY ARE NOT GOD AND THAT THEY HAVE A GRANDCHILD ON THE WAY AND A GUY WHO IS 21 AND ADMITS TO TAKING BLAME AND BEING THE DADDY. HANG ON TO THIS ONE AND HIS FAMILY--YOUR FAMILY WILL COME AROUND, MOMS BEEN THERE WITH YOU AND A BIRTH; HOPEFULLY? IF NOT YOU HAVE LOST NOTHING WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES.FORGIVE-FORGET AND MOVE ON-PARDON THE PUN THE DAMAGE IS ALREADY DONE.
GOOD LUCK
