There are many shops that will do this for you. Photo stores will probably do it. Unless you have a DVD burner and the right hookups already, this will be a lot more economical for you.

You can buy a VHS/DVD combo player for less then $99 at an electronics store. Most of them allow you to do that. It's a lot easier then connecting three devices together, plug it into the TV, put a blank DVD in the DVD slot, and the VHS you want to copy and then go to the copy option in the menu.

you need a VCR and a DVD burner. Connect them together with a TV in the middle. One on play, the other on record.
