I have just seperated my male and female budgie in the same cage with a bar seperation so that they can see each other. I have seperated them because my male budgie seems to be breaking every egg she lays. But now my male budgie becomes very hyper and trys every possible way to get to her.
Should I bring another budgie to keep him company??
Should it be a male or female?? or should i bring a pair??

You need to have a nest box with 1 1/2 inches of pine shavings in the bottom. If you don't have that, this may be why the eggs are breaking!

I've raised hundreds of baby parakeets to the point where I had over 100 baby parakeets in nest boxes all at the same time and I cannot recall this ever happening!

They should be together in the same cage. Separating them like that isn't fair! Keep in mind there are many more eggs where those eggs came from.

Be sure to feed your birds fresh broccoli, spinach, scrambled eggs and uncooked Quaker Old Fashioned oats.

Change the water daily and anytime you see poop in it. Use a small seed dish and rather than adding seed on top, throw out the leftovers and refill. Keep the dishes as far apart as possible to avoid water getting into the seed and causing a deadly mold to develop!

attempt taking the male out so the female is left feeding the infants in her very own. save a watch on the two mom and infants and purchase some stable high quality nutrition to your woman. If the infants arn't gettin fed adequate then attempt hand raising them yet on ly in the event that they arnt getting fed adequate. additionally dont breed your woman and male returned attempt pairing yourfemale up with a distinct male
