Well, apparently, the OT rules only apply when some Christians care about them. For instance, the limitations of eating shell fish has been "done away with" according to some Christians. But in the same context and chapter and near the same verse, the limitations on men laying with men as with women is still bad.So, I guess the answer depends on which hypocrite you ask.

It's not a matter of thinking, but knowing.

The ten are the core of the o.c. The parties to that covenant were God and Israel ONLY.

The N.C. is about the Spirit of the law, and not the letter (see Romans 7 for starters).

Christians are called upon to "fulfill" the law through love, as opposed to merely "keeping" the law/commandments which is just a case of complying with them, regardless of the condition of the heart. One can hate another and still refrain from murder. Yet such a person is still "guilty."

If you get hung up on the letter of the law/commandments, you will ignore the Spirit, for the two are not compatible. Sometimes you must break the letter in order to fulfill the law, and sometimes you break the Spirit by keeping the letter.

Absolutely not.
So, in your thinking, then it would be OK for me to kill you, steal from you, commit adultery with your spouse, since the 10 Commandments are "no longer binding"?
Should I start worshipping idols or other (false) gods? Should I start swearing like a sailor or dissing my parents? Of course not!
No, the 10 Commandments are VERY binding, especially in these days. It is the 10 commandments that tell us what sin is. They do not save us from sin, only point it out. Once we recognize sin in our lives, we then turn to Christ to ask Him to wash them away and forgive us.
By the way, I obey all 10 Commandments, including the 4th. That is, I keep the 7th-day Sabbath just as God commanded, and just as it has always been since Creation. Everyone in the NT kept it as well. Even in the book of Revelation, it says that God's true church will keep the commandments of God (all 10!) and have the spirit of prophecy. It even mentions that the sabbath will continue to be kept even in Heaven.
The idea that the 10 Commandments of God are no longer applicable today is a lie of Satan.

Silly! :) These are not the Hebrew Laws. These are Commandments straight from God himself.

The Laws were fulfilled post Jesus but the Commandments continue to this day.

These Commandments can further be compressed down to Gods Two Supreme Commandments....

"Love your neighbor as you love your self but above all love God!"

If you would read the Words Jesus spoke you would know that Jesus not only fulfilled these 10 commandments written on stone, and given to us by Moses, He replace them with the 75 true commandment as given to us in the beginning, by God the Father who art in heaven.

Moses gave you not that bread from heaven, but My Father giveth you the true bread from heaven.

Not for a moment.

Jesus himself said that we must follow God's law (10 Commandments) in our daily lives. "If you want to enter life, obey the commandments"

Jesus focused mainly on the commandments that dealt with how we treat others, but he never said that we should not obey all of the 10.

Yes considering that they claim that none of the punishments spelled out for violating the 10 commandments should be followed.

Here is a hint, they all involve stoning the violators to death.

No one can keep the 10 commandments. They were not intended for that. They were to show you that you needed a savior. Jesus is that Savior. He's the only one that has kept them in totality. If you're a believer in Christ Jesus, then they are considered kept for us because He lives in us. We are; however, responsible for the moral aspect of the law (no killing, stealing, etc.)

Corruptible and Mortal Law Law notably had an Expiry Date.
God did not send his Son till Law Law time had expired: Gal4.
God did not send his Son to condemn(law) the world: Jn3:17.

Repeating Law is Law Law.
His Grace is NOT Law Law.

The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.
