I'd flip Dodge and Ford, but agree that Chevy will dominate in 2008 because the still have Hendrick and Childress. I think Gibbs will fall behind for a few years. Toyota is just not up to par with the other makes. Ford will be strong as long as Roush has top drivers like Kenseth, Edwards, and Biffle. Dodge has only 3 wins this year as opposed to Ford's 6.

The power balance won't shift too much next year. Look for the Chevy teams, led by Hendrick Motorsports, to still dominate overall. however, I don't think the bowties will be AS dominant next year. The loss of JGR to Toyota, a better prepared Roush team and the use of the COT full time will tighten the field considerably.

Defiantly Chevy. Namely HMS with the addition of Jr.'s #88 team i think they will dominate in 08. Look to see Jr. run in the top 10 in every race. Sounds good doesn't it? Jr. will be a contender for the championship with HMS team mates also.Chevy will win both the manufacturer and the chase.

Definitely Chevy, with HMS they will totally have the COT ready to dominate by the start of 08.. I have a feeling Roush/fenway will be getting their program together as well...DEI/RCR will figure out what the gremlins are in the off season with this engine blowing crap that they have had this yr...But Chevy and HMS will rule....and I would not be surprised to see Penske and Ganassi bring the dodges back to be real competitve as well....
Go Dale Jr & HMS in 2008

Most likely it will be Chevy. Look at how many of the COT races that have been won by a Chevy driver. It will another year for the Chevy guys. Go Hendrick (next year when Dale Earnhardt Jr. joins)!

I think that Chevy's will always dominate. Plain and Simple, they have won quite a few championships and I dont see that changing anytime soon. Also, I think that Hendrick Motorsports will continue to dominate in their COT program and probably will for a very long time.

Let's put it like this-the cars have been made ALL IDENTICAL like the IROC cars. The only way you can tell a make is from DECALS. Period. Any one of about thirty teams can win now.
NASCAR will be sure that Ford gets more than Chevy or Dodge next year. Roush is a cry baby. Toyota may be better than this year.
NASCAR has made sure of parity. They have wrecked NASCAR.

Well, a very successful Chevy team just signed a contract with Toyota. I think that they have a plan that's going to boost Toyota up their so they're competing for the the best in this "war". Are they going to able to do it? I honestly think so.

Stupid ole Toyota and why they are allowed I don't know. They have a definite unfair advantage. All the other manufacturers have distinct teams but with Toyota they may say they are separate teams but they make everything available to all their teams.
