1. Go into Safe Mode and run your antivirus software from there.
Restart your computer to get to Safe Mode:
>>>As soon as you see the system trying to load (it will probably be black and white)

run your antivirus software
EXIT to Windows

Try downloading and installing SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition from CNET Download website.
I use this at least once a month to get rid of adware stuff.

Are you sure it's not some scam to get you to part with your money unnecessarily? If you have good protection (anti-virus and anti-spyware) then you should be fine.
If you don't, you should download or buy something pretty quick!
I recommend ad-aware and 'spybot search and destroy'. You also need good anti-virus. AVG is free for personal use.
