They can but it is unusual. If your cat is female it is probably an issued with and incomplete spay where part of an overy was left in causing her to continue to come into heat. (females don't mate unless they are in heat) If your cat is male they can still mate but if would be unusual for him to try if he was neutered as a kitten. Neutering if done early usually does away with the urge to mate but males who were neutered later in life may continue to try to mate they just can't impregnate a female.

Cats/dogs do not look at it like a sex life like a human does. They only mate to reproduce. NO!! They will not have or need a sex life.

Nope. Neutered males have the testicles removed, and spayed females won't go into heat (they've had the equivalent of a hysterectomy). Sorry....

i dont think they can have sex, but i do know they can still fall in "kitty love" we had two cats that loved each other but after the kittens we had to get both spayed&neuterd, and give the kittens nice homes. but even after they would play and take cat naps and be realy close. you could definatly tell that they loved each other. it was realy sweet.

Animals do not have sex to enjoy it like people do.

They only mate to reproduce. It is strictly instinct.
Once they are neutered, that instinct goes away.

Yes, they can physically perform, but once they are fixed, they will not want to. And even if they do, they cannot reproduce.

They can, but they don't want to any more, usually. Sometimes they do want it so they do it. But it is better that they don't want it, because sex is a cause for very serious diseases in cats.
