Looks like you are a U.K. citizen...right? if so, you do not need a visa to visit the U.S. Other answerer is right. You may visit under the visa waiver program for up to 90 days. If you ever want to come to the U.S. to visit for more than 90 days, then you would need to apply for a visa.

The first two answers are correct.

If you are a U.K. citizen then you do not need a visa to visit the United States providing:

- Your stay does not exceed 90 days.
- You have a return or onward ticket
- You have no criminal record.
- You have a machine readable passport.

For further information on the above visit the website below:

If you meet those requirements, then all you need to do is turn up at the airport with your tickets and passport.

Happy travels.

Where are you coming from? If your country is part of the Visa Waiver Program AND you meet all the criteria for traveling under it, then no you do not need a visa.
