No everything happens because of REASON. Cause and effect. Nothing happens without reason and everything which happens has consequence. Everything happens exactly the way it is meant to, and it cannot happen any other way.

(I believe in karma BTW).

My life is full of coincidences, I'll think of a strange idea and two minutes later I'll see something on the back of a buss that has more or less word for word my idea, It happens all over the place. I don't know what it is, but it's too regular to be coincidence. I see life as a set of events , each determining the next and thus not controlable because the present is only a result of the past and the future is a result of the present. I.e. no 'real' free will, thus coincidence is not random.

Speaking from my own experiences. I find that there were to many so called coincidences in my life. From the right people showing up just at the right time to problems being answered in ways that where just the opposite of what I thought the outcomes would be. Im sure there is a factor of chance, but I am convinced there are other forces at work when it comes to coincidences.

Of course there are coincidences.
A strange force that barred all coincidence from life would be seriously spooky.
To know that if you rolled a pair of dice, that whatever they totalled would not be the total if you rolled them again..

As it is ,sometimes the throws repeat. Coincidence.

Human brains being wired to notice patterns, even to the point of imposing them, (seeing faces in clouds, for example)
coincidence is something we tend to notice... and far too easily assign significance or intention to such.

Absolutely, some things just happen without a good explanation. Like leaving for work 2 min late and there being an accident where you would have been, etc.

coincidences happen...it's not a matter of believing... what you can or can not belive is if they have a meaning

Of course. Anyone who doesn't believe that two events can align without a clear causal link is just stupid.
