Since he was born into a Jewish family, and Jews reject the notion of 'original sin', probably not!
Now, to all those people that made Jesus into a messiah, and came up with all these new rules and regulations, then the answer is probably a yes...unless they play fast and loose with the facts and myths...then they could exclude Jesus because he was of divine birth.

this was just asked, no he was born of the Holy Spirit. This would exculed him from Being born of Adam.
Adam died Spiritually.
Jesus is known as the "Last Adam", So man could again have fellowship with God.
