I dont think it was an actual episode, I thought it was a Christmas Card that was originally animated for one of the senior network execs - They liked it so much that they authorized the show

Yeah, but it wasn't an episode. If I remember correctly, a producer hired Matt & Trey to make a video Christmas card and this is what they made.

it wasn't an episode, it was a video Christmas card.
the better one is where Jesus fights Satan, and Satan lets Jesus win because Satan bet on Jesus and scored a huge payday.
