you dont need a perm to get the end flip. You can acheive this look with hot rollers. OR you can buy sponge rollers and roll ONLY the ends of your hair (about 2inches) around the roller while leaving the rest straight to dry. After taking out the rollers brush the curls to turn the flip either under , or as the picture shows out. A perm is not necessary.

IF You're Having Trouble HOLDING A Curl At The Ends, A Perm Will Help. BUT, It Wont Give You This Style Without Setting. If You Need It ,- Get An END-PERM. Which Is Given ONLY On The Last 4-6 Inches Of Your Hair. See A Good Stylist For Help.

Good-Luck!

you dont have to get a perm for that flip look. like the other girls said you can just buy a 2inch hair curler or large hot rollers.that way you can style your hair another way like if you want to have your hair straight or curly. the perm will only damage the tips of your hair.if you do decide to use a hair curler make sure you use a heat protection spray to help ur hair from getting damaged.

a perm wont do this for you.
i got a perm in march thinking that if i had my stylist use the biggest rods it would make my hair wavy.
But, when it was done, i had really curly hair.
and i hated it.
so i dont think a perm will do this for you.
you should go to your stylist and ask how you could get that look.

dont perm it - just use a curling iron or roller set

No, you simply need a curling iron to do that... A wet set on big one or two inch rollers?
