OR BETTER YET Call your local news, and maybe it'll be a hit world wide, and tell them the information, and they will help you out, especially with scammers.

Of course it's a scam 1 - You can't ship animals under 6 months old internationally so nobody can ship a puppy to you from a foreign country 2 - it costs minimum $2000 to ship an animal internationally, not $300 3 - Nobody sells a French bulldog puppy for only $300 when they could easily find local families willing to pay $800+ 4 - You cannot ship animals in from Africa unless you are a zoo or research facility. Even if the animal was over 6 months old and you paid the $2000 shipping, the animal would be put to sleep upon arrival in the US as you are not a licensed animal importer with dedicated quarantine facilities where the animal would be placed immediately upon arrival for 3-6 months NEVER agree to any puppy that you cannot pick up in person from the breeder. This Cameroon puppy scam has been around more than 10 years

You always want to see what you are buying first. I don't really like the concept of buying a puppy from somewhere that you can't drive to. They have to sedate puppies to let them travel and the poor thing are only a few weeks old. Talk about traumatic. It is much better to meet the breeder in person and to talk about the dogs to make sure that they are a reputable breeder that is registered and not a puppy mill. I'd would try my best to report them and inform everyone you know that has looked for puppies in the same place. If you found the "breeder" online, you should be able to report them to the webmaster so that they can't do this again. Hopefully, you learned your lesson and will never buy something you can't see again. Try an animal shelter or a breeder within driving distance of where you live.

It certinately sounds like a scam.If the airport is in the US I would call the airport to see if the pets are there.Don't send anymore money. You can report the scammer to the site of http://www.ifcc.gov and if the person you sent money to is in the U.S. they will send your complaint to the state law enforcement the scammer resides in.Then would suggest you go to the state that the scammer lives in on the comp and try and look up the law enforcement agency located there and send them an e-mail.If the scammer resides outside U.S.,I'm afraid you may have lost your money. If you will e-mail me from this site I can give you futher info,as I was scammed three times last year, but when I contacted law enforcement ,my money was refunded from the scammers.

STILL just take this as a lesson learned. Don't give them any more money, the dog doesn't exist - never has. Next time use paypal to send money - if it's a scam you get your money back.

You are the victim of a scam. You probably wont be able to get your money back but you can at least contact the company that you got the money gram through to see what they would suggest.

Kiss your money goodbye. There is no puppy, there never WAS a puppy. You have been had.

Now report it. You're not gonna get your money back, but perhaps you can stop this from happening to the next person.

You've been scammed. Contact the DA's office in your city, but do not expect to see any money back.

First!!! Don't ever pay for a pet you can not hold or see.

Second!!! Don't pay for a "pet" They are only worth the vetting.

Grow up. Quit throwing money around!! Give it to a local NO KILL of adoptable animals Shelter

Ewww, you've been scammed. Never buy something until you see it and can touch it. If you sent moneygrams, you're likely out of luck.
