Because you are a STAR.
I'm all for cheese -a - holics.
The different tastes and textures are overwhelming, be it white and crumbly or yellow and firm. The beautiful blues, the speciality one's like Cornish Yarg (the founder Gray spelt his name backwards to name the cheese)....delicious in its own right. Stinking Bishop stinks to high heaven but worth every tasty morsel. The Spanish Manchego a tangy treat. How also, could we ever manage without that fabulous Parmigano Reggiano, what tops my Lasagne better than Gruye`re.I would swap a roast dinner for good cheese. I am in heaven at the thought.............Enjoy........xxx

Cheese has hormones in it and the enzymes release the endorphines (happy hormones) in your body - just like eating chocolate does.
It's interesting... when I was a recepetion class teacher we were doing phonics and it was "ch" one day so before the children went for their playtime they could take a piece of choc or some chesee from the plates - the sign said "Choose Chocolate or Cheese" (Ch)
Half of the class took cheese and I'd expected that they would all want to Choose Chocolate! So there you go!

Because there's so much of it!!! So many flavors, textures...and it's yummy. It doesn't hurt that it is good for you too. There is nothing better than sharp cheddar on top of a sweet salad. Yummers!

Are you a mouse? Otherwise maybe you just have a savoury tooth as opposed to a sweet tooth?
