Duality exists in our minds- where 'existance' comes into being & is coined, yet it does not exist, because of the dependant-arising, self empty nature of all phenomena. Our senses lie to us, and make us believe in self, here & there, etc. In realization of truth there is oneness, true suchness.
Knowing oneness, how can one harm another??

Positive electricity needs the negative in order to power our appliances.
some aspects of reality rely on a broad range of options - colors, radio waves, biodiversity, weather... the list is truly endless, if one starts looking at it.
Duality implies an adversarial opposition; it ignores that opposition can lead to new and creative results. It also ignores that balance is key - everything, even harmful-to-human bacteria. has a niche in this world.

What you have asked is a tautology.
It's like asking "Is a house a house?"
Feel free to laugh in my face if that was what you intended to do.
