Are there pet shelters like the "ASPCA" that Kids can volunteer at?

I have a 13 year old kid who wants to volunteer and he hasn’t found a pet shelter that he can volunteer at yet because of his age.Somewhere within tampa clearwater or St. pete area please.

i thought 13yr old kid can join the volunteery works at SPCA...

coz i gt join the SPCA volunteery works since last yr n i'm only 15 tis yr
