Why do Catholics think everyone is picking on them, when we are just stating what the word of God says.

Catholics, why not just use the word of God? Who has such a stonghold on you you can't stand the Word of God?

Catholics are picked on precisely because they have the Word of God in the Fullness of the Truth.

Your "question" shows why Catholics think everyone is picking on them. You imply in your question that Catholics "cannot stand the Word of God." This is rather funny when you consider that it was the catholic Church who preserved the Bible during the Dark Ages by making hand printed copies of the Bible

For your information, the Catholic Church teaches that the Bible is God's revelation to Man, but not the ONLY revelation of God to Man. Some of God's revelation to Man was not put into the Bible. That part of God's revelation that was not placed in the Bible is called Sacred Tradition and has been handed down throgh the Apostles to us today.

Please. It's cute that "Protestants" think they've gotten back to the Real Truth of Christianity, so that they can attack Catholicism as paganism (which is true enough) - but guess what? You wouldn't have your "Word of God" at all if it wasn't for the Catholic Church. Who do you think selected (and edited) the canon of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John from amongst the many available "gospels"? Not to mention Acts and the Epistles of Paul, and of course that favorite of lunatics everywhere, the Apocalypse? Who do you think came up with the whole composite legend of "Christ" as a precis of earlier cults? It's true that Luther really created a new religion when he "reformed" Christianity - but it was still based on the symbols of Catholicism. If Catholicism is only paganism - and it is - then Protestant Christianity is only "reformed" paganism.

I use the Word of God in almost every one of my answers.

He therefore let you be afflicted with hunger, and then fed you with manna, a food unknown to you and your fathers, in order to show you that not by bread alone does man live, but by every word that comes forth from the mouth of the LORD. (Deuteronomy 8:3)

He said in reply, "It is written: 'One does not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes forth from the mouth of God.'" (Matthew 4:4)

With love in Christ.

They have a persecution complex.

Everyone that hates the truth, calls it "hate" to speak the truth of the Bible.

Catholics teach a false gospel of works that leads to eternal hell. Catholics are not saved Christians.

And catholics did not "give us the Bible". Jews did that. And catholics were not "the first Christians". Jews were. And catholics aren't saved Christians anyway.
