I think it's Crohn's Disease personally. Nothing showed up on X'Ray's or the Ultra-Sound. I'm seeing my doc on Wednesday about what's going on but I'm not sure what I have and I want to get some opinions on this. Please help, I don't want to have surgery. O.o

It started two weeks prior to my period. It's been going on for 1 month now. I'm weak all the time. Please tell me what I have and don't tell me to go to the docs. I already am.

Plus, nothing showed up on my X-Rays and Ultra-Sound. My blood work was fine but it's been two weeks since I've had them done.

I've been outta school for the entire month and I can't afford to miss any more school. I'm only 13 so what do you think I have? Am I right and I have Crohn's?

been through the smae thing, I do have a lot of pain when ovulating, but it could be irritable bowel too. Try a bland diet and see how you go, then slowly introduce things good luck x

I was just going through the same thing and it turned out to be ovulation pains. They say you ov on the 14 day but mine was here waaaaaayyyy before the 14 day. The pain is gone now. If all of you work-ups have come back fine then don't stress yourself out until your doc tells you otherwise. What helped me was, try a heating pad, take a hot bath, deep breathing. I was in lots of pian my hips, theighs, butt, back, belly at times I would feel myself ovulating on one side more then the other. It may sound crazy but I was on line looking things up, cause I thought I was expecting. I had stop taking my pill two months ago but, that wasn't it but all of that can play into it. What I have learned about your is nothing will never stay the same for long. as far as our cycles and the way we cramp and where we cramp, and our ovulation. I guess that's why we take life as it comes. I hope everything turns out well for you.

I don't think you have crohn's it is usually a male thing. And with your age I doubt it. It sounfd like your body is trying to get used to your periods and that is how it is. When I was younger I took lots of midal and pamprin for months t a time depending on what my body wanted to do then all the cramps just quit. I used to cry myself to sleep with growing pains and menstral pains. now I am older and have two daughters of my own. My oldest has had no problems but my youngest just started and had cramps for 6 months before she started. It sucks to be a woman. Sorry sweetie i couldn't help you more. A bit of advise warm compress on your abdomin helps and so does Pamprin and Midal PMS Good Luck

you should either call your doctor or go to the ER, I have never heard of ovulation pains. I have Crohns...and I didn't hurt like that.
And I have a very severe case of Crohns.

KIDNEY INFECTION! I had one. I had shooting pains down my lower back to my knees. Very weird symtoms for a kidney infection. My DR took weeks to figure it out.

If you have been sexually active, it could be an STD or even worse, an ectopic pregnancy.
Be honest with the doctors
