Considering God created everything, I expect He is more than capable of speaking all the languages spoken in it.

god doesnt directly speak to us, he gives us signs and hope hes our minds and hearts if we allow him, and if we allow him he will help us to be good, and now and then he will test our faith, god created this world so he can understand all languages, he can help deaf people understand the word of god, he can read wat the mute people think, he can help blind people see the way of god, god is a powerful being with many talents no one should question god, but we all should love him and adore him worshipp him,

thankfully all of them - though I'm sure he's English cos he always speaks to me in English (just kidding - about the God's English part. 'joke' copyright Clive Urquhart) hence the giving of tongues - why would he give them if he didn't understand them???
