You have all the symptoms of a condition called Fibromyalgia.

Here is a brief list of common symptoms of this disease:

Chronic pain throughout the body
Burning, numbness and tingling
Tenderness when pressure is placed on or around the neck, elbows, hips, thighs and knees.
Sleep disorders
Chronic fatigue or exhaustion
Depression
Anxiety
Facial Pain
Jaw Pain (TMJ)
Memory Loss
Irritable Bowel
Tension or Migraine Headaches
High sensitivity to foods and medications (allergic type reaction).
Minimal tolerance to heat and cold
High sensitivity to bright lights and sounds
Hair Loss

Because symptoms develop gradually, this disease is often misdiagnosed. It is often diagnosed as a repetitive strain injury; sleep disorder condition, irritable bowel syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis or any other type of medical problem. Based on the American College of Rheumatology a person is diagnosed with Fibromylagia when he or she suffers pain throughout the body for at least three months and has 11 out of 18 tender points present.

I've enclosed a link were I've written an article about Fibromyalgia. If you feel you have this condition see a doctor of rheumatology as soon as possible.

I have fibro and yes you can sometimes get fevers, but not high grade fevers. We really need more info to narrow things down, your symptoms are common for a number of ailments.

Fever, yes, no, how long?
How long have you felt like this?
Any nausea, vomiting, rashes?

From the general description, it sounds like the flu. The doctor can test you for this and if you get in early enough, can prescribe Tamiflu, which cuts the length and severity of it.

you need to see if you are running fever since you say your body is hot.......take your temperature, it could be the Flu or if you spend alot of times outdoors at night with no insect repellent and you live in an area where there is West Nile Virus it could be the beginning of that also, go see a doctor
