You are what you eat....and for a while I wasn't feeling well and wasn't eating too well, I ate stuff like yogurt, fruit, salad, and flavored water, and lemon aid put out by Fruit Refreshers, no carbs, sugar, or calories, and it tastes great. And when it came to dinner I could only take little bits of this and that....well guess what ....I lost sixty pounds in three months....this is way too much to lose in that amount of time...even my Dr. was worried....and I had to go for all kinds of test....well so far nothing can be found....but it did prove that you are what you eat....stay away from all junk food, soda, and eat a few meals a day but very small portions...and I bet you'll lose what you want to .....just please don't overdo...eat some fruits and salads !!!!!!!!! REMEMBER SMALL PORTIONS !!!!!!! Good luck !!!!!!!

Go low-carb, baby! I lost 17 pounds in the first 6 weeks -- and in all the weird bloaty places, like the back and the face and areas I never bothered working on. It sucks for the first few days (while you get the sugar out of your system) but after that you'll feel GREAT.

Try eating smaller more frequent meals. A lot of fiber. Don't drink soda, not even diet. Water with lemon and a bit of splenda is great. Drink vitamin C, E and chromium picolinate. Lot's of cardio and get your eight hours of sleep!!! Very important.

127 lbs and 5'1 gives you a small body frame. the most important thing is bmi, yours happens to be 24 and is normal.
You may wish to investigate pilates to see if you can work on these problem zones.
