Put it in a covered pot over low heat, add a can of coke to it, after it warms through, drain the juice, shred the meat and add your favorite BBQ sauce, serve on buns.
Or dice it up, heat in a skilled, add gravy and serve with rice or potatoes, or you could even skip the gravy and add stir fry sauce, add veggies to the mix also. Serve over rice.
You could dice it up, add some taco or fajita seasoning and serve on tortillas with your favorite toppings.
Or slice it and make pitas.

Aren't you lucky to have leftover roast!
There are several things you can do with it.
1. Cube it up and saute with onions, garlic and potatoes. Add some of the leftover gravy and you have an awesome hash! You could even serve it with an egg on top.
2. Chop it fine and saute with finely chopped onion and garlic. Use as filling for meat pies. The dough can be purchased and are usually in the frozen or dairy area.
3. Make a wonderful mushroom and barley soup. Especially good served with a nice salad and crusty bread. Great for cooler weather.

Chop it up, saute chopped fresh vegetables like carrots, celery, onions, garlic, in a little vegetable oil, sprinkle in a tablespoon or so of flour. Add some beef or vegetable stock, the crockpot drippings, a can of diced tomatoes (drained) and the chopped up beef. Simmer for 30 or 45 minutes and adjust the seasoning to your taste.
Voila! Soup!
Serve with a really nice bread and a salad.

You can cut it up and serve it over noodles with a few additional veggies (mix in steamed peas, sauteed or canned mushrooms, etc). Use the leftover gravy. If it's just thin juices, you can turn them into a thickened sauce by making a roux or simmering with heavy cream. Add a healthy splash of worcesteshire to up the flavor, if necessary
You can also do something similar in a casserole form, using a cream-of-something soup, pasta, leftover meat and your favorite veggies.

I like to cut mine up and add it to gravy with noodles. Add some mushrooms if you like. A few spices like garlic salt, parsley or what ever inspires you. Serve with bread and a vegetable. My family likes this almost as much as the original pot roast meal.

You can make shredded beef tacos. Get some soft flour or crunchy corn tortillas, whatever your family likes. Then, shred the meat, heat it up and serve it with the tortillas. My family likes it on soft flour tortillas with salsa or BBQ sauce, lettuce, sour cream, cheese, the works! Good luck.

They both are Perfect for your health. If you eat both, you're better off. But yea, I'd personally choose fruits because they taste better.

It will depend on the fruit or veg associated with a comparison. In the event you compare a farrenheit to a carrot, the carrot is the better of the two nutritional. But since you compare an avocado to the carrot, then this avocado is better. Both equally the apple and avocado, are fruits.
