No, it is not bad for your teeth if you floss too much. You should floss as much as possible. Flossing just gets rid of plaque and other food between your teeth and helps prevent cavities. Good for you!

Frequent flossing is just fine. You probably have excellent dental checkups, a sparkly smile and fresh breath. Wish more people followed your example.

becareful you are not being to rough though this can actually break the gums down but for the most part it sounds like you have a healthy mouth!
