I need to send away a CD Catalogue but since it would cost for freight, i then suggested to upload it to a website where i can just ask the person to download it as emailing would probably be impossible to attach that size.

Thanks!

Set up a basic ftp server on your pc.

That way you don't have to upload anything.

You just give people the server adres.

for example ftp://81.123.264
All they have to do is copy that into there browser. And they can download the file directly from your computer. (with or withouth password protection)

Is the website company still going to be around when you complete the transfer?

Seriously I would never upload 1GB or ask someone to download such a huge file.
Save your time, save bandwidth for others, use mail!

You can send it with Pando, but the recipient have to install Pando software too to download the file.

Try:

TIP: You may want to spend some time to reduce the file size, your potential customers will not be happy until you do.
