Because of the hardware, I have to remove the doors, I want to paint them, all surfaces, all at once but can't decide how to place them so I don't ruin the paint. I think I should paint them all sides at once so the melamine paint seals all around.

Either paint one side at a time (a lot of time spent waiting to dry) or use the hinge screw holes like a picture hanger. Take a couple of screws and put them back in the holes with picture wire around them. Hang them on something so you can get to all sides. Even though this will save time, it would be better to lay them flat and use the first method. The paint won't run near as much and you will end up doing a better job when it's all over. Don't worry about sealing, they will be fine.

Like you said, you will ruin the paint if you paint them all at once. You'll need to paint just one side and only three of the edges so you can prop them up somewhere to dry. You could paint all four edges, but you'd have to lay it flat on a smaller surface to dry. I've faced the same problem and know that you don't want to wait for them to dry just to have to wait again, but patience really is the best option here if you want beautifully painted cabinets.

put two 4X4 peices of wood togerther making a shot stand and place the door on top of stand and paint the entire top side even some of the bottom that isnt sitting on the stand. let dry and then place a towle over the top of the 4x4 stand ( to prevent scratching the painting you just let dry) then flip and paint the unpainted side. i would paing the back side first so the front side is last incase there is a minor smudge or something. good luck!

You know the paint company always lets people do whatever sells the paint.
Melamine paint is a name... it is not better because of the name.
It marks. It is just stupid.
Take the doors to a small factory to get it done right...
I have 25 years as a kitchen dealer and re modeler.
Do whatever you want but don't say I didn't tell you.

Just lay it flat on top of a paint can, spray the facing up flat surface and sides. When it's dry, flip it over and do the same. With a rag on top of the can the painted surface is protected.

set them on top of a sturdy base , which is smaller than the door, so that you can work all the way around the door, time consuming, but worth it!

Hang them from something where they bolt on so you can get all the way around
