I'm only 15 so it's the first time i've ever worked out been working out for like 2 days since i just bought a weight set. The first day where my armpits are closer to my chest was very sore thats fine now but, today my left arm from the should to the elbow hurts very bad anything i could do it ease the pain?

She's right.

Stretch. do some light weight excercises.

Take a hot bath to relax the muscles.

You can try some topical creams like Icy/Hot, but i really don't think they are worth it.

The pain should subside within two days.

Next time take it easy and do light weights until you are not sore the next day, and then gradually increase the weight.

Each time you take a break from lifting for a week or two, go easy on the first day back.

Keep moving ! Do some basic stretching. Do not sit around and allow the muscle to stiffen.

YUP, go ward-up, and do it over!! You'll streatch the muscles that r sore, and then you'll feel better!! don't over due it
