Do you have exams soon? If yes, find a study group to keep you focused. If no, give yourself 1-3 days off and then start studying when you feel fresh.

Time management is the thing here. Break up your study load into manageable portions allowing time for sleep, rest (TV or dinner with friends ?) and maybe some light exercise. Its important to not let yourself get run down in the lead up to end of year exams, so make sure you get good sleep and eat well and remember to have some leisure time or you may burn out. Try to get yourself up to where you should be with your subjects because cramming won't help you much nor will last minute exam stress. And get an extension on some course work if you need to.

Do yoga. Definately helps you increase your concentration level.
may not see immediate results, but will eventually increase concentration power.

if you've exams coming up right away, make sure you have a break between every 45 minute or 1 hour sessions. listen to music while doing math.
if you're staying up late, dont have a heavy dinner.

and lastly, enjoy what you're studying....

hope it helps!!
