That makes him a potential child molester! Actually that is a child molester according to law! He could have to register as a pedifile for the rest of his life. His name would be on the National Sex Offender Registry for the whole world to see!And you are correct, that is perverted!
He is about to ruin a little girls life, take her innocence and mess her mind up forever! SOMEBODY STOP HIM!!

A 17 year old guy should not be dating a 13 year old girl. I know you're only 4 years apart but you mature so much between 13 and 17 that the two of you won't even be on the same level. 13 is even a bit young to be dating, nevermind thinking about sex. I suggest that you break up with this girl seeing as she's so young. But if you are fixed on staying with her, then do not pressure her into having sex. Even if she says she's ready, make sure that she actually is. Don't take advantage of her young age, because a 13 year old should not be having sex.

The thing is a 13 year old has a very different idea about having a 'boyfriend' is than a 17 year old girl. A young MAN of 17 has learned allot about dating and manipulation.
The question really is why is a 17 year old attracted to a GIRL? Is it to influence her to do things she is not ready for? Is it that he is a jerk and no 17 year old young WOMAN will put up with his crap?
Please if you are the 13 year old stay away from him. Now when you are both in your 20's it will be a different story.

17 yr olds want sex. Some won't admit it but it's true. Personally I think it partially hormones and the rest peer pressure. A romantic relationship betwwen a 17 yr old boy and a 13 yr old girl is completely unacceptable as far as I'm concerned. What could a 17 yr old have in common with a 13 yr old? Seriously, do you really think that there's enough commonality between these two to have what would be considered a healthy relationship? My first thought (in all seriousness) is "what's wrong with him"? Followed by "I wonder if he has any molestation history". Yea I don't know him but this sets off all my alarms. As a parent I would be PIS

If the 17 year old has sex with the girl, then the 17 year old would be breaking the law, and could get done by the police. Even if they both want sex, it is ilegal! so keep it to kissing. And the age differance is a bit pervy.

Not all the time but the 13 year old should wait before having a boyfriend and should definately not date anyone that is more that maybe a year old than them. My little sis is 13 and if I found out that she was hooking up with a 17 year I'd kill him and beat her ***. That is not a position to be in because at 17 a guy is usually still in the "damn I need to get laid" mindset.

a 17 year old should not be kissing a 13 year old. she is a baby, 3 years ago she was 10. A 17 year old boy knows what he is doing, he knows that a girl of that age doesn't know any better, and will do whatever, especially if he says that he will always love her.
Bad situation. Get out of it.
please.

yeah, 17 and 13, thats a HUGE difference. 13 yr old shouldn't be kissing at all, but yes, most likely the only thing a 17 yr old wants from a 13 yr old, is sex. Definitely not a relationship.

13 is too young to be doing any of that. When you're at that age, you start to discover things about human life, and leaving sex behind for later years. 17, however, has their mind on a totally different thing and are more grown up than the latter. :/; Both of them won't be on the same level because the 13 year old shouldn't even be having a sexual relationship at that age.. there's something weird about that.

No, it's not perverted and you're right to be concerned. The answer is (are) yes and, most likely yes.
The difference between 13 and 17 is much greater than, say, 21 and 25. Be wary.
In any event, 13 is wayyyyy too young to be considering a sexual relationship. Date, have fun... but keep your wits about you.

it's wrong because a 13year old girl is just entering her journey to discovering her sexuality, where as a 17 year old boy is much farther along in his journey. What's going ot happen is that the 17yr old will eventually push the 13yr old into something she's not ready for which will be robbing her of her own healthy journey. If he's hot to trot tell him to find someone his own age to play with, it may seem exciting but in the end it will leave you empty and hurt.
