I think this might help:
(1) the person might be having tooth decay, so see dentist; or
(2) the person is having throat infections, so try gargaling the mouth with salt water (using edible salt and dissolve in drinking water every morning and night). do consult doctor to cure the infections; or
(3) Having bad stomach, so see doctor; or
(4) Rinse mouth after meals especially if taken strong smell food like garlic; or
(5) Not having enough sleep for days, may have bad breath
(6) Not brushing teeth (I once had a girl friend at 10years old didn't brush teeth daily)

In general drink enough water and rinse mouth where possible. If there is problem, consult doctor.

If it is a friend/acquaintance who has bad breath, tell them they have halitosis. It is the scientific name for bad breath, and it won't hurt their feelings when you tell them.
If it is you that has bad breath, try eating a breath mint, chewing sugar free gum, or brushing your tongue better when you are brushing your teeth. If symptoms persist, see your dentist. It may be caused by tooth decay, or could even be a side effect of a medicine.

take care of your breath by having a good program of oral care and oral hygiene. be able to brush and floss teeth properly every after meal to remove food particles that are left between teeth which are source for bacteria to multiply. also keep the mouth hydrated by drinking adequate amount of water everyday. avoid eating garlicky meals. use an all natural oral care product that have essential oils to help fight the cause of bad breath and keep bad bacteria at bay.

Drink lots of water..When I don't drink water, my breath smells. Next, don't take listerine or any mouthwash items. It makes the bad breath worse. Just make sure you brush your teeth in the morning and in the night before sleeping. Hopefully you will "smell" the changes.

This is a natural program that you can try to cure your acid reflux http://acidreflux.toptips.org

Acid reflux disease, also known as gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD), occurs due to the coexistence of several medical and lifestyle conditions. Physiological factors that trigger GERD include lower esophageal sphincter (LES) hypotonia (the gradual weakening of the LES), along with retrograde flow of stomach contents into the esophagus, and the level of sensitivity of the esophageal mucus to the reflux content.
