1. Lower your carbohydrate intake. Carbohydrates are essential to the body. You need a certain amount for your body to digest protein and fat. But if you limited yourself to say 15 grams a meal it would really help. I'm NOT saying go on Atkins or South Beach. Just try to cut out refined sugar and processed flour. Stuff like that makes you gain weight and it actually makes you tired!
2. Protein and veggies are your friend. It takes the body 6 hours to digest fat and protein in the stomach. The addition of more protein in the form of nuts, eggs, and meat will keep your hunger away. Yes nuts, eggs, and meat all contain more fat. That's why veggies are important. Veggies have fiber in them. Fiber helps the body push fat out of the body before it is absorbed. That's why a slice of veggie pizza is actually fairly healthy.
3. Exercise. Diet without exercise is like a fish wothout water. It helps boost your metabolism. Your metabolism decides how fast you are going to use the calories you intake. So even a 1/2 mile walk before a meal helps your body use the meal more efficiently. A combination of cardio and something like Pilates will help you burn calories and create muscle.
4. Keeping a food diary really helps. Knowing what you've already put in your mouth helps more stuff stay out. It also helps you avoid mistakes in your diet. If you start to slow in your weight loss you can check back on what you've eaten and drunk to see where you went wrong.
5. Lower your caffeine intake and drink more water. Too much caffeine makes the body produce stress hormones and can cause hypoglycemia. Water is naturally better and helps improve your skin.
6. Take your vitamins. An everyday mulit-vitamin, fish oil, and a B complex is recommended to keep you healthy and make sure you get your essantials.
Well good luck and hope I helped!

There is NO easy way to lose weight - that's why many don't try and keep getting fatter.
And Dr.s advise 2-3 lbs/week as a healthy rate to lose so 22 lbs in 2 months is achievable.
You would need to exercise 30-45 min/day 6 days/week on a cardio type machine - elliptical , cycle or treadmill.
You would need to cut out candy, cookies, cakes, ice cream & soft drinks (even diet). Eat whole grain breads and cereals. Drink water. Take green tea supplements sans caffeine. Only lean meats.
Good luck!

Research has shown that if you use an interval method you lose more weight in a shorter period of time they suggest flat out for 15 sec rest for 10sec and repeat for 20min (This is not easy but nothing is easy when trying to lose weight.
You also burn more calories with muscle so hit the weights (nothing extreme) higher muscle mass = more burnt calories, naturally diet is also a big factor !

Use a calorie controlled diet, forget all these faddy celebrity diets....green days / red days etc. If you eat less than your recommended calorific intake (2500 male, 2000 female) and do regular exercise (say 1 hours walking and 100 sit ups a day) you will lose wieght, it worked for me I lost 6 stone (84 pounds in 12 months). You may not lose the who 10kg but you'll be a good way there.

It really depends on your age and body type.
I recently became a vegetarian, I eat everything natural and fresh I eat salad, salmon, and steam vegetables, lime is my dressing. Oatmeal, anything that is light&natural. I surf and I also swim a lot 1-hour everyday. I also drink a lot of water
I lost 30 pound in 2 months.
Hope that helps

Force yourself to do 45 minutes of serious cardio a day. lunges, pushups, situps, no breaks.
Don't stop till you are drenched with sweat.
It's a pain in the ***, but it works. And you feel refreshed after the workouts
