to be absent in the body is to be present with the Lord for the saved...and to be cast into hell for the unsaved...

They are made to see all the bad they have done on earth, then burnt in the eternal fire to be reborn again, lets face it, do you want to be born again into this world with no choice of where you are going to born? You could end up in a war torn country, no better place for George Bush, me thinks!

But I wouldn't know for sure anyway because I'm an agnostic theist. For all I know they may just come back next week as stink bugs. Either way, I think it's a good idea to always try to be kind to all animals, including humans, with your hand, mind and your dollar.

when the body has expired our light is given the oppporunity to come back and learn more. 'Bad' light is treated no differently to 'good' light. Some believe that 'justice' is being made to feel the way you made others feel, to take on the burdens that you placed onto them during your 'bad' life. Bad people come with the territory though. Live in a free world accept that EVERYONE is free. They can do as they please as can you.

Genesis 3:19.....In the sweat of your face you will eat bread until you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken. For dust you are and to dust you will return.”
John 5:28-29......Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment.
Matthew 5:5.......“Happy are the mild-tempered ones, since they will inherit the earth

They get buried and become nutrients for bacteria, micro-organisms, worms, plants etc.
Or else maybe they are cremated and sit in an urn on someone's mantle.
There's no such thing as heaven or hell, we just decompose when we are dead and go back into the earth which gave us life.

define bad people... but i will tell you this, the Bible says that "all have sin and come short of the glory of God." .... so, where do you think bad people go? they will go to hell!!.. but then if you confess all your sins and accept Christ as you Lord and personal Savior, just what the Bible says, "He is just faithful and just to forgive us." then, that is when God grant us the gift of eternal life with Him in the heaven.... I hope i answered your quetion well....
