You have to let us see the picture so that we can decide if the picture is unblurrable... Not all blurs can be removed. There's not much that some people can if the blur is too much. Even a smart shapen filter would only help a little and not do much depending on the blur. Even the police can only unblur a couple of things... because if they could sharpen an image... every robber caught in the surveillance camera would already be identified.

The only thing you can do to possibly recover *some* of the blur is to perform an unsharp mask (found in the image drop down menu of your PS 7, spend some time playing with the levels, you might get lucky), but it may not be enough. In photography, you should always be looking ahead toward your next shoot. What can you do to improve upon your next images? First, to prevent blur, ensure that your shutter speed is high enough to be practical for shooting by hand. And that is a shutter speed of at least 1/30 (well supported), 1/125 to be safe. That is fast enough to freeze most casual motion from either camera shake or movement of your subjects. Shoot with higher ISO speeds and shoot in at least programmed auto mode (if you are nervous about manual or priority modes), that way if you need more shutter speed you can up the speed and the camera does everything else to retain a proper exposure. And most important is shooting stance. Stand in a manner that would offer the most support. Don't just snap away and expect that all your images come out clear. And there is no shame in leaning against something, if not to at least get a steady shot. Follow these and you may find that your next set of shots are clear and free of blur. That way, there's no need for a quick fix.
